We brine our own free range pork bellies, then remove and get Gotzinger to smoke with our signature Apple Tree chunks we get from Stanthorpe. We triple smoke these and present them in a 500 gram pack, along with a kilo pack you will find in the store.

We use this bacon in a number of items we produce. Like our chicken breast wrapped bacon, chunky beef bacon and cheese pies, ready made meal stir fried rice dishes.
