Our rich butter chicken marinade with coconut cream. We add in our slowly sous vide free range chicken breasts (3 each) and vacuum seal these down ready for you.

The simple way to re-heat these is to place into a simmering pot of hot water for approximately 4-6 minutes. Then take out and serve with a side of rice to soak up all the flavour from the infused coconut sauce.

This is a 12 hour sous vide slowly cooked chicken breast. It is then marinated in a coconut milk infusion with our herb, chilli & garlic glaze and sealed in a vacuum bag.
