This is our grassfed Angus beef stroganoff pack. It is 1kg and serves approximately 3-4 people with a nice creamy mash. Definitately a great winter warmer for our short Queensland winters….

To re-heat this is best way below:

Boil up a pot that is big enought to submerge the entire bag.
Turn the pot of water right down to the lowest setting or even off (place lid on if you do this)
Place the bag into the pot gently and allow to warm up slowly with all the meat and sauce and potato. This will take around 10 mins.
Serve with a starch like rice or even mash if you like.
