This is our lobster & king prawn pie. We source the lobster meat from north Queensland, along with king prawns from South Australia. We then combine our cooked ingredients with our own bechamel mornay style sauce. Lemon & garlic rub is added with Maldon sea salt and freshly cracked black peppercorns. Then we put this all into our custom pastry cases.
Cooking times for these are the following:
Pre-heat oven or air fryer to 180-190.
Place into the over or airfryer and leave at a high temp for 5-7 mins. Then turn down to 160 and run until the pastry is cooked.
Defrosted is ideal: Time is approximately 45mins.
Frozen: 45-60 mins approximately.
