We make our own waygu beef sausage rolls in house. Our buttery puff pastry that wraps our beef sausage mince, then seasoned with our Italian mixed herbs. We then cut into mini sausage rolls and bake until crispy and golden. We provide two in house sauces to go with these beauties. Smokey tomato sauce & a hickory bbq sauce.
Platters serve approximately 6-10 people for cocktail type parties.
Pick up is from our facliity - 95 Jardine Drive Redland Bay. We need approximately 3-4 days to prep depending on volume requirements.
